  • How far in advance should I order?

    All orders should be placed at least a 2-3 days in advance to be ready for delivery or pickup. Any special requests will have to contact us directly.

  • Do you offer delivery?

    Yes, we offer local delivery and pickup. However, there is a delivery fee to some locations.

  • Do you take custom cake/cookie/pastry orders?

    Yes! Don't hesitate to get in touch with us with your idea, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

  • How much notice do you need for custom orders?

    We require at least 2-3weeks’ notice, depending on the size and detail of the order.

  • What is your cancellation/refund policy?

    Orders canceled a week in advance may be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Monday 9-5 pm

    Tuesday 9-5 pm

    Thursday 12-5pm
    Friday 9-5 pm
